All new and rebuilt materials offered by Doucet's Diesel Service are free from defects in material, manufacture, design, and workmanship. This warranty will be for a period of 12 months in service or 14 months from time of shipment.
If our new or rebuilt material is found to be defective or fails in service within the warranty period when installed and used properly according to specifications, we will repair or replace the material at our option provided the reasons for rejection are brought to our attention before the warranty expires.
Parts warranty does not include freight, down time, or installation.
Service warranty does not include freight, down time, travel time, or expenses.
No warranty on used R.T.O.(running take out)parts.
